1. Shipping

Your party is on the way! Most orders placed by 10:00 AM, Monday – Friday, will usually ship the same day; excluding holidays. Orders placed after 10:00 AM, Monday–Friday, will ship the following business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on the next business day.

Please note: Local COVID-19 circumstances may impact some delivery windows. We appreciate your patience as safety is our top priority.

Standard Shipping:

  • Deliveries are made in 3 to 5 business days.
  • Packages totaling TT$499.00 or less are delivered to your door for our $40.00 flat delivery rate (Trinidad) or $50.00 flat delivery rate (Tobago).
  • Packages totaling TT$500.00 or more will be delivered with FREE SHIPPING.
  • EXTENDED and REMOTE areas may incur longer delivery times.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refund, any exchange must be returned within 7 working days in its original packaging, unopened, unworn and must be accompanied by a valid receipt. No refund or exchange on SALE items.


2. Balloon Delivery FAQ

Can I place a balloon delivery order online?

Yes! To place a delivery order, simply add the balloons to your cart and at checkout you will select "shipping" (please note that all balloons are shipped un-inflated, if you require inflated balloon, this can only be done with in store pick up).

How far in advance should I place an order?

For same-day in-store pick up, order should be placed a minimum of 2hrs before pick up time,  you can place your order up to 2 weeks in advance.

What kinds of balloons do you deliver? Is there a limit to the quantity I can order?

We'll deliver any balloon we sell in our store. There's no item limit, other than available inventory.

What are some balloon accessories or extras I can order?

One Box Party offers lots of balloon accessories and extras to make your arrangements one-of-a-kind. Whether you need balloon weights to hold down helium-filled balloons, tails and tassels for extra flair or lights for a truly glowing experience, we’re here to help!

How long can I expect balloons to last?

With Hi-Float sealant, helium-filled latex balloons have a float time of up to 12 hours (approximately) indoors. When ordering latex balloons for pick up, you should always request on the same day of the party. Foil balloons can remain afloat for several days.

Is Hi-Float included in the cost of my order?

Hi-Float sealant can be applied to any helium-filled latex balloon you order at an additional cost of $1.00 per balloon and will be charged for in cash upon pick up .

Is HELIUM included in the cost of my order?

Helium is not included in the price of any balloons unless stated otherwise. Helium cost varies depending on the size of the balloon and will be charged for in cash upon pick up .

Can I get a refund for balloons that burst or lose air/helium while inflating at home?

Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund on any balloon after it leaves our care.


3. Instore pickup

Can I purchase balloons along with other items and have the balloons remain at the store for pick up at a later date while the other items are being shipped? 

Yes, you can purchase other items along with balloons and have the the balloons remain in store for pick up. You must leave that instructions in the "instructions window" on the chart page. 

How will I know when my order is ready to be picked up?

You will receive an email notification to let you know it is ready. Processing time will vary depending upon location and order.

Orders are generally ready the same day you place your order online. Should you place your order within 2 hours of the store’s closing it will not be ready until the following day. Pickup times may be longer during peak season, such as Christmas.

Can I schedule, order and pick up inflated balloons?

Yes! You can schedule balloon pick-up up to 24hours in advance of your pick up date and time. Please shop Balloons and select the balloon of your choice. Select the In-Store Pickup at checkout. Once in store pick-up is selected, you can then add your notes in the instructions text window indicating inflation type (Helium or Air) and, pick up date & time (up to 2 weeks in advance).

What if I need to cancel my In-Store Pickup Order?

To cancel your order, please contact the store (868-271-2688/9) where the order was made for pickup. You will need to provide your store pickup order number when calling. Please note balloon orders will not be refunded if cancelled.

What do I need to pick up my order?

Please bring:

  1. Your pickup notification email (either a printout or shown on your mobile device)
  2. A government-issued ID
